Refund Policy - 513 Home InspectionsIf you cancel a scheduled inspection at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund your full inspection fee minus any non-recoverable costs. Once the inspection has begun or the report has been delivered, no refund will be issued. In the rare case of our failure to provide the inspection service as agreed, we will refund your fee in full. This policy is governed by Ohio law and applies to services conducted in Ohio.
